Re: I need some help/advice please
> However, after the flush and during the whole following days up to today, I notice I have become much more sensitive and I am getting attacks with the most innocent of meals, i.e. no fats at all. Today, for example, I had a salad mixed with some bulgur wheat, a bit of olive oil. THAT triggered an attack !!!
I did my first flush a week and a half ago. I had the same problem.
I started getting some mild pain late on the 2nd day. I assume
some stones may have got stuck when the effect of the
Epsom Salts
wore off. Since it wasn't bad, I decided to wait the 2 weeks
to do the next flush. The pain did subside abour 4-5 days after
my first flush, so I think the stones may have worked their way
out. Although, I still have some on and off sensitivity, but it's
more like what I had prior to doing the first flush. I plan to do my 2nd flush this weekend.
