HHHmm , drinking it doesn't work. Well, I guess that really doesn't surprise me. Now I am just throwing this out there, but it would seem to me that by the time the ACV would reach the candida in your intestines it very well might be very watered down. In addition , I have discussed many times how great the p and b is. This is because the psyllium actually expands. So if you have added caprylic oil to the shake it will be forced into the intestinal wall. Its action being physical and chemical which is great and tips the odds in your favor. So it could be the same issue with ACV. It needs to be forced into the intestines. So possibly adding it to the shake might work. I must tell you that ACV is controversal and I do not believe in its use. Some say it works and some say it makes it worse. So I prefer to stay away.

However, many will tout the benefits of putting ACV in an enema where it will not get diluted by biles and acids. It will go straight to the source. I have heard many testimonials regarding its use as an enema, almost all being positive.

So maybe do the p b & c shakes and do ACV enemas.

Jhan is big fan of the ACV enema also. I only use warm water and find it works well for me at this time. AS I said , I am not convinced of the safety of ACV but I would be willing to try it later in my treatment.
