I use 12 ounces of water with one teaspoon psyllium, one teaspoon Bentonite and one teaspoon of liquid caprylic acid, shake well vigorously, and you must drink it down immediately after mixing it.

Drink extra water or psyllium will constipate you, try not to get dehydrated as that will make constipation worse.
