any ideas anyone?
Hi everyone,
I wondered if any of you might have some ideas about what happened to me yesterday morning. I have been following a strict candida diet for about five weeks now, and have had quite a lot of die off.
Last week I felt particularly jaded, and presumed I was going through a die off phase. When I awoke yesterday, at around 7am, I had quite significant stomach cramp (which I rarely get), and went to the bathroom.
I started to pass this foul smelling, lumpy BM. The pain was sooooo bad that I couldn't breath (I had to concentrate on taking air in and breathing it out again, as if it wouldn't happen spontaneously), sweat began to run off me, all over, and my legs, head, arms, and body went into pins and needles. It was so bad, I honest to God thought I was going to snuff it right there on the toilet! I couldn't even call my husband who was downstairs, I was so weak.
It lasted about half an hour and I was eventually able to stagger back to the bedroom and had to lay for an hour before I could get up again. THe worst cramps carried on for about 20 minutes in bed. I was too ill to check what I had passed in the toilet.
Has anyone any idea whether that is die off related? The cramps seemed to be high in the abdomen for some reason.
Also, I have noticed that the whites of my eyes are anything but white this last week or two which concerns me. I know this is liver toxicity, but what to do? I am drinking all I can.
Any ideas or pointers would be greatfully received.
Fiona
