Yes that's true, it seems no matter what food it is, theres always someone telling you its bad. However, I do think there is value in limiting hybridized food so I try keep my intake on them low. Im not a big fan of carrots so I dont really eat those and I try to have bananas only a few times a week. When it comes to foods you really just have to listen to your body to determine what is best for you. A great way is to do kinesiology muscle testing. If a food tests strong then regardless of what anyone says you know its good for you. So I say if carrots or bananas feel good to you, then eat up and enjoy!
