I took ThreeLac for 3 months with no improvement at all.[Many years of fibromyalgia/ME/Hypothyroid and digestive problems]I was then importing it from the US to the UK which was a pain. I seem to be having some success with the right diet for my blood type [Peter D'Adamo]and for anyone of blood group O dairy products suger and wheat will cause all the problems I suffered for years.Candida overgrowth occures when the immune system is under stress - particularly from ingestion of foods that it cannot assimilate.
