I have had such wonderful results with Pau D'arco for candida, I wonder if using the tea as a douche would be as helpful. I know that my systemic candida was giving me soft stools for weeks, and with just a week under my belt, it is gone, along with my white tongue. I wasn't suffering from a vaginal infection, but with such fast results internally, I wonder what it would do with direct contact.
