List of what to eat and not eat while on Candida diet?

Does some have a link to a list of what to eat and what not to eat while on the candida diet?? Its very frustating.

Im sure something like this has been posted many times before, thats why its a pity we cant have stickys on this board to avoid repeat posts, maybe the board needs to be upgraded?

Anyway a list would be very much apreiceated.
