Thats really interesting you can tolerate it more now on raw and must be so encouraging for you. I know you take in a lot of other probiotics so this must all be helping. Ultimately it is about what we put in our bodies....the conditions in my gut are not yet optimal which will partly explain my reaction.....I eat mostly cooked foods though I do eat some raw...I digest it well *sometimes* esp sprouts but I eat too many nuts, they're my achilles heal...i know its the minerals I want from them, magnesium especially. So I think this is partly why my digestive system couldnt cope with it and which probably led to what felt like the overgrowth of bad bacteria. I also dont take in any other probiotic foods apart from apple cider vinegar.
