advice for staying raw
Hello everyone,
lately ( last week) I have moved from 100% to 75% raw, with steamed veggies for dinner , and I feel better, weight loss has finally stopped and I was even able to gain 2
lbs. Furthermore, my
Sugar cravings seemed to duisappear, together with my candida problems. I think that adding some cooking veg to my diet had a filling effect so I have stopped consuming lots of dried fruit and raw honey ( I was compelled to).
So far during the past week I ate steamed veggies, tiny bits of whole bread and also a couple of free range eggs. I dont notice any side effect except for a bit of sleepiness after dinner.
I would like very much to stay on the 100% rawfood diet diet without becoming too skinny, but I dont know how to.
I also miss my period, which I dont see since my pregnancy/breastfeeding (baby is 2 yrs) . I know many raw foodists say that menstruation is a sign of being unhealthy, and I believe this could be true, but I have not been fertile anymore and I believe that this is not good.
I would like advices from other women who eat raw.
I am on this diet since 5 months.
