yeh i think thats a bit weak to be honest with you, were is the mention of diet...
i went to a naturopath once and he give me supplements and berbs to kill the candida and never mentioned what to eat...

the problem is with killing it all the time is that it comes back in 99% of cases ...

so many variables to consider..
