England. The best available here are probably from a company called BioCare, but they are postal delivery only unless you live in London. Holland and Barrett are one of the UK's biggest health store chains. Their stuff is OK, not the best in the world, but for vit/min supplements, and health foods they're fine.

When I'm finished with my leaky gut healing, I'll go onto probiotics. BioCare do a powder that claims to repopulate the gut with friendly flora in seven days - 100 billion viable cells a day for seven days. After that its just maintenance, such as yoghurt etc.

Thats what they claim, at least!

If anyone reading this knows of a better source of probiotics available in the UK I would appreciate a posting. Thanx.
