tongue is white because you flushing all your nutrients out..what is happing while fasting its a nutrient defiency you get whit spots on ya nails to, when you start back eating after a fast your tongue usually turn back pink...some people who nutrient defiency they have a coated and wont never get back on track because they do laxatives ememas too much buying the body toxic crap! etc..instead forcing bowl movents let your body tell when its ready
