I had a curezone email saying you had replied to me 'which zapper to wood elf', but when I used the link it was all blank? Does this make sense to you?

I had some vodka yesterday, about 4 shots. Apart from occasional cashews this was my only cheat. I ate lots of raw garlic and took H202 to counteract the affect. It was silly but should not set me back too much.
I have been using h202 35% food grade and thus been expelling some clouds again, I would recommend it - but go eay and read up, its powerful stuff!
