some important questions for Lapis!

Dear Lapis,

What do you think about canned fish(in oil) is ok to eat? and what about the cooked foods with/in sunflower oil? we have to avoid sunflower oil from our diets?...about meat: I eat only turkey, sheep/lamb meat and chicken's liver.....I'm not sure but I seem to have strong reaction to gluten(I haven't eat wheat or any kind of cereals for 5 months except integral oats - which I don't know for sure if are good or bad regarding the gluten!)my diet is very simple: a lot of rice every day,salads made from raw vegetables and half a lemon,2 apples( I used to eat 2 grapefruits per day but I think they make me too acidic and then I feel like s.hit)....I have 4 Amalgams for about 15 years!...if I eat too much yoghurt(like 200ml/day) my mucus is going crazy and I and up feeling ill(dizzyness,fever,sinus infections,ear pains and lost of hearing and sense of smell - I had lots of ear infections in the past). Now I'm trying to keep some kind of combined diet between the Blood Type Diet and the candida diet......another problem is my weigh..I have lost 10 kg for some time and I can't put them back whatever I eat - I'm 30 years old,67 kg weight and 1.85 meters hight! I have taken all kinds of Antibiotics in the past for the multiple infections that I used to have....I suffer also from bad Acne localised on my face,scalp and chest which is really BAD and painfull!....I have tried everything all kinds of candida diets...I don't know what to do? can you give me a hand? thanks in advance.Vlad Tweet
