Hi! A couple of days ago, I ate about 3/4 cup of homemade soy/rice yogurt (cultured for 24 hours--very tart). About 2 hours later, my ears were ringing, I was having chills, I felt weak and tired all over, and I was craving Sugar like mad. I'm just trying to figure out if it was from the yogurt. I did eat some cheese earlier that day, which is something I very rarely do because I suspect that I have a milk sensitivity. So has anyone else had die-off type effects from eating high-probiotic yogurt? Just curious... Thanks! :)
