No, different. Epsom does not taste too pleasant (but it disguises well in juice, porridge etc).
You get it from chemists, garden centers (as plant restorer) or maybe health food shops. Internet search should get you it easy enough.

( Epsom Salts = Magnesium Sulphate = EPSOMITE = Magnesium Sulfate Heptahydrate)
