vaginal symptoms increase durning die off?

i think i am getting my first real vaginal yeast infection. i have a white milky discharge, swollen vulva, and mild burning sensations. there is no odor and no itching.

i have not been sexually active for a year so no it is not an STD for those who may say it can't be yeast if it doesn't itch.

has anyone had in increase in vaginal symptoms during die off?? i got oral thrush a few weeks ago, now vaginal thrush too...what next?!

and i have an EXTREMELY strict diet. i hardly eat any carbs, i eat no grains at all, no sugar, no fruit, no carrots, nothing that is remotely sweet so i am not feeding the yeast either.

just curious if anyone else on a very strict regimen got vaginal infections later on in treatment. thanks! Tweet
