Breathing and acid/alkaline balance

Apparently breathing can be the largest contributing factor to the body's acid/alkaline balance. You may be chronically hyperventilating and not even know it.

Here are some symptoms:
general tiredness, lack of concentration, and sleep disturbances, tingling, dizziness, chest pains and palpitations, irritable cough and breathing discomfort with frequent sighs and yawns, erratic blood pressure, upset gut, bloated feelings, nausea, sexual problems, achy muscles, twitching and cramps, tension and panicky feelings, Depression and anxiety.

Sound familiar?

Could be the anxiey from the Candida is disrupting the breathing pattern, hence the acid/alkaline balance or visa versa setting off a chain reaction. I'm always catching myself holding my breath or breathing very shallow when my Candida symptoms are acting up. Maybe it's a connection worth investigating.....

Google - 'breath retraining' 'brathing pattern discorders' 'chronic hyperventilation" 'diaphramic breathing' etc etc

Look forward to hearing your thoughts on this.
