Here's a recipe I found in a raw book. I have been using processed rice milk for my daughter, but now she likes my sesame milk. I'm still fine tuning the amount of water, and she likes it MUCH better with the raw carob.
Soak 3/4 cups sesame seeds (I do it overnight). Blend in Vitamix with 2 cups water, a few dates and some carob powder (optional). Strain in nutmilk bag or fine strainer.
