What kind of fiber would work best ?
Soluble or Insoluble?
I mention this because I found this

Then I found this
Soluble fiber slows digestion and helps your body absorb vital nutrients from foods. It can be found in peas, beans, and apples.
Insoluble fiber adds bulk to the stool, helping foods pass more quickly through the stomach and intestines. It can be found in wheat bran.
Seems peculiar to me
I certainly do not want to slow my digestion at this point.
So I am thinking of greatly increasing my insoluble fiber. Bulking up the stool seems to be when I pass candida. Obviously the bulkier it is the more it will sweep things along with it I would think. Any thoughts. And if soluble fiber is going to slow things down , I might eat less of it.
