Both the Depression and the Sugar cravings are constant when I'm doing any kind of anti-candida regimen. Sometimes I feel like I could just KILL for a piece of chocolate, or a cookie. I guess the best thing is probably to drink TONS of water and try to fill up on non-sweet things. Nuts seem to work well. And get PLENTY of protein with each meal; this will probably help the most. You can make sugar-free desserts using Stevia, vegetable glycerin, etc. Or eat a piece of low-sugar fruit just to cut the cravings. I know exactly what you're going through--it's so tough sometimes.
