as a "newbie" i have to defend myself. If i post a question, it means that i've researched and researched before and can't find an answer. i don't think there is anything wrong with posting an old question in a new way, and maybe getting new and better answers for it. if you don't feel like answering them, just don't--i believe this post is for new people as much as it is for older members; in fact this is how i understand these message boards to be working--to share our (unequal) knowledge and help each other.
