Did you see my post re: your gas & bloating and rumbling? I strongly suggest digestive enzymes, Grapefruit-Seed-Extract and acidophilus/probiotics. I'd seriously be surprised if that doesn't do the trick. In the past for this I've used the enzymes, acidophilus and nystatin powder, but the nystatin works the same as GSE. The activated charcoal is supposed to soak up the gas, or neutralize it somehow. But like the other poster said, it doesn't really get at the root of the problem. Hope you get some relief soon. obj
