any creams for local (possible candida) treatment?

My mother, now 93, has either a vaginal yeast infection or bladder infection, she can't tell the difference, the doctor is of no help, says the skin is "just dry there, because of her age"... She was treated with Antibiotics recently because she had pneumonia. Had vaginal candida symptoms in the past, also bladder infections. At this age, she absolutely does not understand why she needs to stick to a diet. I had her on bentonite/caprylic acid/psyllium for a while, also probiotics, before the Antibiotic treatment. She is presently on the second set of Antibiotics . Takes probiotics in between, also a herbal tincture to help with candida ( oregano, pao d'arco etc)
Her symptoms: etreme burning when urinating and frequent urination; O.K. in the morning, seems to get worse as the day goes on. I feel so sorry for her(year ago used to have these problems myself). Is there a local application, a cream perhaps, to deal with the burning? Canesten cream from the drug store does not help, nor does tee tree oil cream. Today I also got her a tincture to deal with possible bladder infection. I would like to get her something to give some temporary releaf from the burning, until the other things hopefully kick in.....
