Re: Anyone else have low blood pressure with this.
Yes, I had very low blood pressure for a number of years. Now I suspect that it was a symptom of unrecognized candiasis. 90/50 reduces your chances of stroke, but leaves you feeling kind of weak and "spacey". In February 2005, when I was at my very worst with candida, I had two middle of the night blood pressure spikes that scared the living hell out of me. I woke up at 2:00 am feeling like I couldn't breathe. I'm in a medical field, so I have several hospital grade automatic blood pressure monitors lying around the house. So I slap a cuff on and take a reading. HOLY CRAP!!!!!180/120!!!!! and rising. My GF drives me to the closest emergency room. During the drive I can actually feel my blood pressure decreasing. By the time I get to the ER, my blood pressure is down twenty points. The doc wants to admit me, but I decline the invitation. The same thing happened again about a month later. This was before I self-diagnosed myself with candida. I also had candida induced functional hypothyroidism. Four doctors had just told me that I was OK, and all that I needed was a Rx for anti-depressants. I thought I was going to die. And I still had so much that I wanted to accomplish in life. Despite being a frequent flier, I still hadn't joined "the mile-high club". And there was that tatoo that I had always wanted, but never seemed to have time to get needled on. Gee, my whole life wasted. You know, you never know what's really important in your life until it's flashing in front of you.
But I'll get better. And as God is my witness I'll join that "mile high club", and then get a celebatory tatoo. Because tomorrow is another day.
