you can get grains by contacting the closest person to your city.

I got mine from Joe Brunner, Oconomowoc, WI. I am very pleased with my grains. I paid the shipping cost + $4 extra, even though he had not requested any extra money. He did a great job in packing the kefir grains. My grains arrived in great condition.
