Re: One more question. Anyone get night sweats on the anti-candida diet?

i thought it was candida related to begin with and perhaps in some ways it is. I have also just discovered that I have adrenal exhaustion (very commonly happens alongside candida as they encourage each other) and one of the key symptoms of this is night sweats. I know the night sweats are closely connnected to diabetes so I imagine candida being to do with blood Sugar etc....there might be a link.
At least you both know that it is normal...there are plenty of other people suffering the same thing!
This internal heat thing is interesting though. I read somewhere that if you have a yellow tongue, it shows excessive internal heat and prone to night sweats...just another thing i coincided with..Any other thoughts anyone? Tweet
