so you are telling me its unhealthy long term to have you diet consist of meats and other protiens with veggies as much as you want,certain nuts,occasional low Sugar fruit. but not to have rice,bread,wheat products,oats,dairy,fermented products and sugars.
that doesnt even make sense. thats how the human body has been eating before the dawn of agriculture.
im not trying to fight with you. i just want to clarify this. you do have to eat a lot more veggies with this diet but that is good for you. veggies are healing foods and something you need post candida. most of the "no no foods" are refined even if just a little bit. that can make them not good for you candida or not.
