Exercise and a BAD headache coincidence?
I know that exercise is good for candida but also it cause doe off , or toxins to be released. Am I correct? Yesterday I did 2 15 minute sessions on the treadmill . I felt weird right after but then better during the afternoon. At nighttime I notcied not as much crying or depression, as a matter of fact there was really no
Depression and I was better when I awoke, which is normally my bad time. However last night I had the kind of headche like someone whacked my in the head with a baseball bat. Was this from the exercise. I do not normally get heaches like that , maybe once in a while. I exercised again today , a rigorous 35 minutes non stop and a brisk pace. Again felt good while I was doing it, but afterwards I felt weak and distressed. Possible sweating out of needed minerals I suppose. opinions please. IN any case I am drinking bottle water with trace minerals and
Sea Salt added. But now about 2 hours after,I feel muscle weariness like die off but otherwise okay. I really want to keep doing this exercise. While I understand too much is not good, I feel it necessary to regain my strength and to further help the candida. It was the one area my regimen might be lacking.
