i used to eat it as a kid but haven't had it in years. i came across it while grocery shopping on friday and made sure it the ingredients were ok and they were, so i was really excited!
if fermented foods helped your vision, if i remember correctly, then i definitely think you should try the kimchi. it is spicy though so if you don't like spice it may not be for you.
