wash with organix brand extra strength neem soap.

i had tinea (yeast rash) on my skin and this is the only thing that worked.
you may want to swab the area with "clean and clear" or something like that which has sal. acid which topically kills the yeast.gold bond powder also helps/

also get some of those scrubby gloves to use with your neem soap. its better than a washcloth at removing excess skin and oil.

wash all clothing in the hottest water possible and with some oxyclean if you can.
