How to stop candida growing?

I've had success in removing candida from the bowels using diet, anti-fungals and enemas. However, whenever I do an apple cider vinegar enema I can see a whole miasma or cloud of tiny white pieces in the toilet which I know is young candida growing. I just dont know what else I can do to stop candida growing. I am already on a really strict candida diet and I'm taking lots of biotin. Is this cloud of young candida something to wory about and what can I do about it. I would much rather do something to stop it growing in the first place rather than keep letting it grow and killing it which is very hard on the liver. Any ideas?
