can please someone give me an advice:
when I started the candida diet, I ate a lot of brokkoli, spinach, red beat, etc. and did fine on it. Now when I eat it I get a lot of gas and it smells awful. I remember, that I had the same effect when I took too many iron tablets some month ago. So I guess my body has a problem with absorbing iron. It can´t be too much though, because I stopped eating all mentioned above. Is there some supplement that helps absorbing iron, or did my stomach turn allergic to it because of the candida? But how does this function???
