use red clover to get over your addiction and help you cleanse your blood.
chamomile tea or cloves steeped in hot water will relax you for sleep.
also if you dont already take these it also helps you heal and fight insomnia:
fish oil
b-complex
multi vitamin
water (half your weight in ounces per day)
avoid carbs/sugars/fruit in the evening if you dont already.
