well you wont get rid of it unless you do a triple attack.

herbal/phram - meds to kill the candida
bowel cleanse - to flush out the dead stuff and bowel build up that helped it grow in the first place
diet/intake - if you continue to eat improperly and overuse Antibiotics your candida will come back. also a proper diet gives your body balance and immune strength which helps keep EVERYTHING in a healthy state.
