I expelled a big thread ball recently. This was at same time, and combined with a normal bowel movement.
After an aplle cider vinegar enema I expelled pure candida (it was a ball followed by a few odd threads. Ball approx grape size). Its worth mentioning that this happened after the enema made me empty my bowels totally. The thread came out about 3 hours later.

Next ACV enema had similar effects, bowel empty then candida expulsion 4 hours later (in a club with horrible, dark dirty toilets!, could not see full extent of what came out but maybe that was for the best!).

I think its important to talk about these things, otherwise they reflect our fear of that area, or intimacy etc.
I plan to do an ACV enema again soon followed by a kefir enema the next day. Flush followed by the cavalry! Tweet
