Re: garden veggies tearing up my stomach

I have been feeling flu like symtpoms for about a week now. I keep thinking I have a stomach flu or the regular flu. Achy , tired, stomach gets upset everyday at least once. I have to take zantac and lay down for about an hour and it clears up. It could be the coconut oil I am taking. But I have been taking that for weeks now. Could be die off, since my die off really started kicking in full force in the last week. I walk my dog about 2 miles everyday and part of it is uphill. I feel like I have 50lb weights strapped to each leg. I can barely make it up the hill. It feels like I have aready walked dozens of miles. And the dog ( who has kidney failure) runs up the hill like there is no tomorrow .Even my hands are fatigued when I try to type. This is the worst it has ever been. I had candida years ago and went on a strict diet. I suffered with die off like this for months. That was tough , really tough to get thru each day. It was hard to hold my head up I was so exhausted. Back then I was only 22 and seemed to cope much better with it. I was not scared, did not cry. This time , it has really done a number on me, I do believe it was much worse. But this die off I have now seemed to really grow in intensity since I began the garden veggies. So , if it tears up my stomach , then so be it. Anyhting it could do to me is far less than this hideous candida has done to me.
