I'm right there with ya. I baked cookies for everyone this year and I had to try one from each batch to make sure they were good enough to give out. (I really did...these were new recipes.) So, inevitably, my candida monster perked right up and begged for more. and more. and more. It's been hell, let me tell ya. I'm really struggling, and the candida's got the upper hand right now. I'll be glad when this holiday season is over with and things get back to normal. Does anyone have any advice on how to overcome the urges to eat the bad stuff during the holidays?
