Your experience sound almost identical to my own. My sinusitis responded to NOTHING.
I finally came down with a very bad case of candida. As a result of treating the candida, my sinusitis drasticaly improved. Either my sinuses had an active candida/fungal infection or the chemicals given off by the candida in my intestines were playing havoc with my sinus tissues. So, if your sinusitis is caused by candida, there is a chance it will improve as your candida is controlled.
