liver cleanse is the cheapest cure.
99% of people who attempt liver cleanse, have no problems with doing it. I have heard or read about thousands who did it.

Answer:
This is a simple way to gain courage to flush liver and GB, for all those of you who are affraid.
To gain courage to use
Epsom Salts , do next:
Take daily 1 tea-spoon of
Epsom Salts with water OR freshly pressed fruit juice.
Increase amount for 1 tea-spoon every day.
Day 1 ... 1 tea-spoon
Day 2 ... 2 tea-spoons
Day 3 ... 3 tea-spoons
....
until you get diarrhea, then decrease amount to the level that will not cause diarrhea ...
To gain courage to use Olive Oil, do next:
Take daily 1tbsp of
Olive-Oil (Extra Virgine) blended with 1 or 2 tbsp freshly pressed lemon or grapefruit juice.
Increase the amount for 1tbsp every day.
Then next day Take 2 tbsp of oil + 2 tbsp of juice
Then next day Take 3 tbsp of oil + 4 tbsp of juice
Then next day Take 4 tbsp of oil + 4 tbsp of juice
... and so on until you are ready to do flush.
With salat, with food, or before food, or after food or on an empty stomach ... or any time ou feel ....
Do not have to take it all at the same time...
"Olive Oil" should always be "Virgine" or "Extra Virgine", (because it is cold pressed) and whenever possible choose ORGANIC.
