Update on my extractions
Hello all
Just to give you an update on my dental work (done 5 days ago).
I went for two
root canal extractions on saturday; I briefly spoke with the dentist of options to save teeth, and he mentioned that the next best alternative to have root canaled teeth extracted would be ozone therapy. He said he would only save the tooth via this method (he doesnt have this ozone machine by the way) if there were bridges connected to the dead tooth; ozone therapy would have to be done every few months to keep infection away. He did tell me though that no matter what, a dead tooth is a dead tooth so it still is blocking energy flow through that particular meridian. The exciting thing is that ozone for dental therapy is emerging and being used in parts of europe and canada ( I don't think FDA approved in USA yet). This method removes cavities without drilling parts of the tooth away, and helps remineralize the tooth as well; I hear its actually cheaper than typical cavitiy work (can't get any better than this). I'm tempted to look into ozonators and use them for dental purposes as well).
Considering the fact that 3 of my teeth are already dead I still wanted to go through the extractions.
He did follow the Huggins protocol to cleanup the site - I immediately noticed something as he removed one of the molars; my spleen stomach area started to twitch as if it were rearranging. There was a cyst in that particular tooth, and you couldn't see it on the X-ray. This tooth had a crown which was improperly placed so the strong fecal odor coming from that teeth was because there was a gap between the tooth and the crown (awful smell came off after he took the crown). Both teeth had curved roots which complicated the extraction a bit as he had to slice both teeth in half. Total procedure took about 2 hours. There was some minor discomfort for the rest of the day but in general I was feeling okay. These past few days I've been taking enzymes and olive leaf to prevent infection. I noticed that the whiteness (if thats a word) of my tongue completely shifted to the side of the extractions (maybe there's residual bacteria in the sites).
It still early to tell long term effects as it still is somewhat swollen so I'll be looking foward to when its fully healed.
I did save the teeth but I'm not sure what to do with them actually.
Mike
