Excellent! Go for it.
I have just this second put a load in the oven! Cant wait.....

You dont need grease proof paper as the butter acts as a non stick.

I use a fair bit of stevia. (x2 level teaspoons)

I use a tiny tiny amount of water to help with binding too.

I just tear off a ball about the size of half a golfball and then coarsly flatten.

Its soooo easy once you have perfected quantities.

And its rewarding to actually create something from scratch.

I dont do any kind of breads, but millet porridge is delicious (see breakfast thread).
I do do rice cakes and brown rice, but not too often.
