Help, possible Candida!

Hi,
First of all if anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate them!
Ok, about 4 months ago I had the last of an ear infection which I was given Antibiotics . I don't remember the kind, but I only took one pill and within 24hrs I had what seemed to be a yeast infection (I'd never had one). So I went to my ob/gyn and she prescribed diflucan along with an anti itch cream (called Lotrisone). I also immediately stopped the antibiotic. Well, I got better. About a month ago my boyfriend and I went to have sex and I used a bit of Astro glide, I noticed that I was feeling very sensitive after sex. So I stopped using the astro glide, but then I'd still be very sensitive after sex, a bit red, and itchy. And this was normal sex, not some marathon rough thing. To top it all off, about 2 weeks ago, I noticed a rash near my rectum but only on one side. It was red, itchy and very sensitive, and about a week later it was gone.
I need help, I'm not sure if maybe I still have the remains of the yeast infection, because every few days I'll notice myself red and slightly itchy. I'm not sure what to do, I have been taking acidophilus pills, and I also wondered if Steel Cut oatmeal is bad for candida?
