I was reading about glutamine helping with leaky gut (restoring the intestinal lining). Do you take a supplement? Are there foods that are high in glutamine? I am not even really sure what it is and haven't done much research yet. Just wanted to ask you all on here.
Also...what is the relation of manganese and candida? I have constant cracking joints and my chiropractor told me to get manganese into my diet. Any foods high in manganese? Thanks.
