Thanks for mentioning those. I actually don't supplement with B vits, simply because whenever I do, my Acne gets worse. This goes for nutritional yeast, too. Perhaps I could find some form of B vits that doesn't cause this reaction for me. I also take a Butyric Cal/Mag combo and wonder if that is as effective as Mag in another form, such as Citrate. Lecithin also makes me break out.
I do cod liver oil every day and am doing a protocol for leaky gut with Glucosamine and L-Glutamine. I haven't done psyllium in a while, I could do that.
