I'm gaining and I DON'T want to.

This is the second time this year (first time was in January)that I have gone "raw" vegan. Both times I have gained weight. The first time I did this I was eating mostly cooked foods and not much fruit. So I assumed I gained weight from the cooking. Now I am not cooking anything. My typical day is usually banana and almond butter for breakfast. Lunch is typically more fruit or a "green" smoothie with celery, kale and apple. Dinner I have a salad with romaine, spinach, tomatoes, avocado, sunflower seeds with a dressing of olive oil/sesame oil. If I'm hungry in between meals I usually eat pistachios or almond butter. The one thing I have not given up yet is one cup of coffee in the morning with 2 tablespoons of cream. I run every other day and lift weights twice a week. By the way I am a female. I really want to stay a vegan. I just don't understand how everyone else loses weight but I gain. I really don't need to do either. My weight is where it should be. Does anyone have suggestions?? I appreciate any advice!
