Muscular weight loss & Magnesium Deficiency

Candida depletes magnesium, however this nutrient is essential for metabolic functions and badly needed when you are bloated. You body will look ANYWHERE so as to find some, since you are deficient. It needs it so badly that it will take it away from healthy muscles, to insure proper metabolic function (and survival). So if it is muscular weigth loss you are dealing with, you need to supplement in magnesium (about twice of three time the dose prescribed on the bottle for a few weeks and then carry on with the prescribed dose). We are often bloated and we assimilate poorly... this is why the VERY BEST option for mag. is Chloride magnesium because it is a solution and liquid assimilates better. Now, this solution taste is BEURK!

Putting the needed quantity into a full glass of water will hel;p a great deak with the taste (I often put some in my cocoa-cayenne /antioxydant drink - I crave cocoa, sweet or not) well any herb tea might also be your choice for the dink concoction.

Now this is NOT all. If you are deficient in Mag. YOu are also deficient in calcium (if you often have cramps in your leg then this is a HIGHLY deficient stage) Mag. is essential so as to assimilate calcium, so no mag, no ca. what will your metabolism do? Go in your teeth and bones to get some calcium .

Calcium assimilates badly along with protein. A daily carrot juice is a great calcium intake - liquid assimilates better. There is so me Calcium Fizz (liquid assimilates better ) that is you best pick. Just make sure not to take them along with eggs or meat. Milk products (we are not to take any except for yogurt but still - tell your mom) are NOT a good source of calcium, because calcium comes along with proteins and will not get assimilated.

If it is not exactly muscular weight that is your issue, then again poor assimilation and low carbs are the culprit. Buy buckwheat, brown rice flour and make sure you get a decent carbohydrate intake.

Take good care,
Jhan
