I am breaking a fast and want to move onto a raw food diet. I dont know much about making or preparing raw foods... some recipes I see look really gross. Like how do you eat zucchini raw? What is a dehydrator? I really want to try but how can there be variety to a diet like this. How about warm foods, like is everything served cold? It seems like preparing these raw foods takes alot of work. And I dont want to lose bone mass or muscle mass so how do I get protein? Do i soak beans? I just am so confused. Does anyone recommend and books or sites to read ... or any advice on how to start! Please help ... thanks
