blood?

Saw some candida in the toilet, but the scary thing was that at one end of the long peice, it was all red. definately looked like blood. Is this bad. Has anyone ever experienced this? I feel a llot better after the BM, should i be worried? I did a water enema last night then a yogurt one after, been taking some colon guard cleanser stuff too. Could this possibly be a leaky gut thing?
